Sometimes you forget how good and kind people can be — and then someone like Richard (Richard and Isabel are the owners) comes along and reminds you. I arrived early at 08:00, before check-in time, after a long night train. I was tired, confused, and had many concerns about my ski plans (we dont ski in Israel, and it was my first time). Then I met Richard at the reception. He noticed my stress and calmly said, "Why don’t we start with breakfast? Allow me to take care of your belongings untill the room is ready." He truly wrapped me in care and kindness — and it meant the world to me. All my questions were answered by Isabel, who gave me great recommendations and guidance. Richard shared helpful ski tips, and I even received a lovely Easter gift — a small egg filled with chocolates. The place itself is very clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the only downside is the distance to the ski area, which can be a bit challenging. To summarize — I 100% recommend this place. This small B&B is 200 metres from the nearest ski lift at Funäsdalen Ski Resort. It offers accommodation with private bathrooms. WiFi and parking are free. Very cozy apartment, quiet and warm room. We really enjoyed relaxing there after long day of skiing. Breakfast was limited but delicious. We especially enjoyed the freshly baked bread!

The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and we had all the facilities we needed. Stephanie really went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Since we were here during one of the coldest weeks in decades (-31°C!), she placed a whole bunch of electric heaters throughout our rooms and made sure the wood stove was on to make it pleasantly warm and cozy. Since we were a little worried our car wouldn't start on our day of departure, she even made sure our car was able to stay warm enough during the night. We were really happy to have spent time here, and can wholeheartedly recommended it!
