The location is very good, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are nice well kept and super clean. Breakfast was small but good choices and the quality of food was very good. The location is amazing, I loved the view from my window! The room was large, very clean and comfy; the electric kettle was super useful and there were tea, coffee and even biscuits. I also liked the mini-fridge and the fact that there were some water bottles in on the first day. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. I liked the fact that the cleaning was only done if requested, because I like going out and coming back many times during the day. The bathroom supplies were great, too. The breakfast cards were a really nice surprise and the croissants were delicious!

It is spacious and has many parking spaces. I walked for 15 minutes to the castle and other attractions. Besides, there is a good restaurant nearby: the Slovenian House Figovec.

Only 300 metres from Ljubljana's main square and the France Prešeren Statue, the Kollmann Apartments offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and free laundry service. Excellent location, right in the center of the pedestrian district. 100% would stay here again. Short walk up to the castle, lots of great restaurants/cafes/bakeries/shopping nearby, and a farmer's market in the square. Our room was a corner unit and looked out onto the river. Clean apartment, comfortable bed, and a nice large bathroom area. Check-in/out was easy as the front desk is staffed throughout the day/night. Music from restaurant below the apartment can be heard with windows open but we enjoyed it. Very little noise when windows closed. The area is touristy but not overly busy, very peaceful/safe city (and country) overall.
