This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property has a 24-hour front desk, a restaurant with an outdoor dining area. A very peaceful & quite location a short walk less than 400m to lovely quiet beach . Abene village is a 15 min walk via either beach or bush tracks . Our Hosts did everything to make you feel at home in the sprit of Senegalese culture in Wolof language "Teraanga" translates as " hospitality”, “consideration”. The rooms were comfortable, clean & well furnished. The gardens and the buildings are very well maintained. The meals were lovely and hospitality was exceptional at all meal times. Highly recommended for an relaxation escape holiday. A day time sleep in the hammock in the garden is a must do !! I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

At the bed and breakfast, the units come with bed linen and towels. I arrived in the pouring rain. Nathalie and her gardiner, Julien, met me at the entrance. Nathalie held a huge umbrella for me while Julien took care of all of my baggage. The room is pristine with picture windows overlooking a fecund garden with a large baobab tree just to the right. The bed and pillows are comfy with nice accents. There is a hot shower which was a welcomed relief from the long trip from Dakar. The area is very quiet, except for the chirping of birds that are also lovely to see. This property is a great value and the host is extremely hospitable, helpful with local information, very warm and kind. I highly recommend this place.

Akiba (or René) is a warm hearted, nice and generous person full of humour and good vibes.The whole surroundings are worth visiting and coming back to his place is like coming back home.
