Erriadh is not on the coast, but it is easy to get anywhere on the island from there using the cheap and easily found taxis. It does have marvellous and extensive street art which kept us pleasantly occupied. The world's oldest surviving Synagogue is a short walk away and worth visiting. The local people are very friendly. Hotel Dar Dhiafa is located on Djerba Island in the village of Erriadh and Houmt Souq Harbour is a 10-minute drive away. It has 2 swimming pools and offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with a view of the patio or pool. The hotel is really good, the pools were super nice, and the restaurant was amazing. The hotel staff in general was super efficient and friendly, especially Marwa who helped us a lot with local tips and also to celebrate the birthday of a friend.
