The room was very comfortable, even though we went at the beginning of winter we didn't feel cold. The manager was very kind and attentive to our needs, the location of the hotel was strategic, close to several cheap restaurants and we visited all the attractions on foot.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. It's a cute, clean place in a very historic district, so we were close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia etc. We very much appeciated Omar- he is a very cheerful and helpful person, who thinks ahead on behalf of guests. For example, between our two stays, he gave me the keys to the new room in advance so that I could just come back straight from the airport and feel at home. Luggage storage, booking taxis.... We arrived at the property very late, but the stuff kindly checked us in. Our flight was delayed 1 day and the host didn't take money for this day, which was a pleasant surprise. We were extremely happy with very tasty and big (and not too early!) breakfasts. Hosts were super-friendly and proactively helped to resolve all issues (there were couple of days with too loud music on the street, but the host fixed that and didn't take money for these days too). Room was very clean, with everyday changing towels and cleaning. All necessary facilities provided. Great location in the city center, just 1 minute to Haya-Sofia. And very nice window views to Sofia and Bosporus. Generally, everything was nice. Totally recommended.

The view, the room interior, the cleanliness, and over and above the hosts - Yunus and Dennis and their team were the best hosts that we could have asked for during our trip to Instanbul. The hotel is located at a very calm place with an amazing view and it is well connected by the train to the main areas of Sultanahmet, etc. And I should add, that even though it is close to the train line, the noise doesn’t disturb at the room.

It literally felt like home , it was super cosy and warm , the staff were really welcoming and helpful, beds were super comfy and the breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect in front of krurçeşme bus station and I recommend you visit kuzgunçuk its really fun and great for taking photos its in walking distance from the hotel.

Located in Fatih district, next to a historical Armenian Church, Ramparts Hotel features a traditional architecture with bay windows. Everything. Helpful and friendly owner, comfy beds, cleanliness, good location, quiet area , nice bathroom,.....
