The highlight of my stay was the owner, Zuzana, and her wonderful team. Zuzana is an incredible host, meticulously attending to every detail from check-in to check-out. Her thoughtfulness shone through in the valuable recommendations she provided for restaurants, local attractions, and tours. She’s not only helpful but also genuinely lovely to interact with. I stayed in Room 2 for nine days, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with everything I needed. Each room comes with its own outdoor seating area (or a balcony if you're upstairs), complete with a convenient clothesline for drying beachwear—a small detail that made a big difference. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the area, and the beach is just a quick 1-2 minute walk away. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh fruit, juice, eggs, local bread, tea, coffee, and even local porridge. It was always a great way to start the day and have a nice conversation with the staff. A special shout-out to Barack, who, like the rest of the staff, greeted me with a warm smile every day. One particularly memorable gesture was when I burned my arm and Zuzana generously provided medication and cream, even coming to my aid late at night. She also offered to change up the breakfast menu to keep things interesting, though I was more than happy with the daily spread. Lastly, Zuzana arranged for my airport pick-up with a fantastic driver named Salim, which made my arrival smooth and stress-free. In short, I can’t recommend this place enough—it's a hidden gem in Nungwi. I wish all the best to the team.

Olamanga Beach Villa Adults Only ligger i Jambiani og har en udendørs swimmingpool, have, en terrasse og bar. Pensionatet har gratis wi-fi og ligger ca. Our stay at Olamanga was amazing! From the first moment, we felt very welcome. The location is perfect. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated. Everything is clean and well organized. The food is delicious. All the staff are kind and friendly.

Chokoro House ligger i Paje, 3 minutters gang fra Paje Beach og 50 km fra Peace Memorial Museum. Her er en udendørs swimmingpool og gratis privat parkering samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Brilliant hotel! We had a wonderful stay in this great hotel. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and the pool is an oasis of cool in the hot weather. The breakfast is wonderful. Jourdan, Lorin and their team (particularly Mwana) gave us great advice on local restaurants and tours and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Hope to return one day!

Lovely walk. 5 minutes away if you only walk. 10 if you take the time to enjoy the path and greet people on the way....chill and peaceful.

Villa Kiota is ideally situated next to the beach and a short walk to Paje center . The owners and the staff are super friendly and helpful and ready to share their knowledge and tips .

MITI is a beautiful small bungalow resort very convenient located to the beach, being only a 3-5 minute walk away. The staff is so friendly and always ready to make your stay even more perfect. The restaurant has great food too, I even went back twice on a different occasion even though I wasn’t staying there. The grilled shrimps, chicken fajita and chicken wrap is a must! The bed is comfortable and big, the shower is great and there’s a hairdryer and a fridge in the room. They even do a second “clean up” in the room in the afternoon to make the bed, prepare the mosquito net and spray mosquito spray. Also has a very cheap airport taxi service for only 40$.

Mama Root ligger i Kizimkazi, et stenkast fra Kizimkazi Mkunguni Beach, og har en have, et privat strandområde og en terrasse samt gratis privat parkering. Absolutely stunning location overlooking the ocean and the nearby fishermen's beach. Outstanding hospitality from everyone...the couple who own Mama Root as well as the staff. The food was truly superb. The seafood evening meals were the best I have had in East Africa. Finally, the peace and serenity were perfect and just what I needed.
