I liked the privacy and the fact that we had a way to get into the apartment without bothering the host. I enjoyed every moment being there

The house had plenty of space. It was very clean and close to a metro spot. We had 8 people in our group and we all had ample room to sleep. The owner also provided several amenities: free parking, linens, towels, as well as paper products. The host was very responsive throughout our stay.

Beautiful colonial style house. Room is on third floor and there is no elevator so if you don’t like stairs that will annoy you. But I usually prefer stairs so it was fine. Room is cozy and comfy for one or maybe a couple. Had everything I needed. Plenty of towels etc. mini fridge. Mrs Andrea was super friendly and hospitable. The cat is cute and likes to be petted. The best part about my stay was the neighborhood. Endless restaurants and bars within walking. Beautiful winter scenery. History everywhere. The the green train is an easy walk away, getting my up to the mall at Columbia heights or down to the government district. Perfect spot.
