Staff at the Douglas House were exceptional, Jose is very friendly and helpful.

Carlos, the host, is the heart and soul of this place. He is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, always checking in to make sure guests are happy and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who so naturally embodies the spirit of great hospitality and Carlos does it effortlessly. We’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend the Augustine Guesthouse enough. It’s a true gem!
