The great assortment of food. I had the great pleasure to bond with brother with making waffles. He please for the food in the morning. For being our first hotel experience. It was quite memorable for the fam.

The staff was excellent, the beds and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE!!!! We slept like babies! The brekky was hot and delicious and it was super convenient to visit the Grand Canyon! Would absolutely stay again!

This is the perfect retreat for people looking for peace and rest. The house is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, clean, silent and confortable. The host is a quiet, peaceful, kind and intelligent man that makes you feel at home.

The kitchen was very spacious and every kitchen utensil you could think of was provided. Large walk in closet to store luggage and in room full size washer and dryer were unexpected. Each room had it's own private patio or balcony. Huge backyard with a gazebo and gas grill if you wanted to BBQ or dine outside. Cleaning staff was prompt every morning to clean the common areas. Rooms were all carpeted and our room on the first floor had a gas fireplace for heating...very cosy.

Wonderful restoration. The decor and furnishings were perfect. I loved the way you built on the history of the building. We stayed in Big Bertha's room and I could picture her in my mind's eye. Breakfast wasn't provided but the common kitchen was a good idea. I highly recommend the Red Garter if you want a different experience and a wonderful walkback in history .

Northern Arizona University is less than 1 mile from this hotel. The spacious guest rooms at Sleep Inn Flagstaff offer cable TV. Nice place. Was supposed to be a 2 night stay for 2 people, but I arrived alone at 6 am for flight delays. They only charged me with half the price, which I really appreciated.
