We were very happy we'd chose this place to stay in New Orleans. It perfectly represents the city vibe and it's culture. The house looks luxurous, includes vintage furniture and is well managed from all aspets: starting from cleaness, interior to pleasant personnel.

Rose Manor is a charming lakefront property located in New Orleans. Free WiFi access is available throughout the bed and breakfast. We had a lovely stay here after a long flight from London. Rose Manor is situated by the lake with some decent restaurants within walking distance. It's a bus and streetcar ride to downtown. The number 45 bus takes you to the Greenwood Cemetery where you can get off and have a drink at the Bulldog before hopping on the Streetcar. The City Park is lovely with the very relaxing and enjoyable Botanical gardens. Peter and Ruby are lovely hosts at this great value, out of city stay. The Inn is full of character and breakfast is a chance to chat to other guests and hear stories from Peter. Thanks for a really enjoyable stay .

Located in the Uptown/Garden District of New Orleans, only 3 blocks from St. The house is an amazing jewel, pristinely kept by lovely hosts Tom and Patricia. The decoration is so authentic! Breakfast is homemade, and the quiches and pastries are to die for... Air conditioning and wifi work great in all corners of the house. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Three blocks away from street car and great location to reach other parts of the city. The Irene room was spacious, very comfortable, and spotless clean. Loved it and would certainly book again -- have to book way in advance because it is a very sought for property!

The first thing was price for being in French Quarter, then location being less than a block from Bourbon, and it was secure and easy to check into. We also were able to find overnight parking within a block. The property also was charming and welcoming.
