Located in Colonia del Sacramento’s historic area, Posada Plaza Mayor offers panoramic views. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast are provided. Puerta de la Ciudadela gateway is 100 metres away. Rooms were comfortable, very clean and well decorated. Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. We made use of the free bikes to explore.

Lovely kind people, especially Carolina and the quirky decor. I loved it and would go back. Carolina always made sure I had some hot water to have a coffee in my room and wake up before I went for their delicious breakfast. Fruit, access to a kettle and bottled water was provided free of charge as well as record player, books and mosquito repellant plugs.

Situated in Colonia del Sacramento, Posada de la flor at the start of the historical district, offers free bikes, terrace and free WiFi. One of my favourite places I stayed in Uruguay. A nice little guesthouse right in the middle of the historic center. The rooms are modern and spacious. Staff were very friendly. Easy to park your car in the street. Would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful place in the heart of the old town of Colonia. When we entered our room we were greeted with the stunning sight of the windows open so we could see the calm water with the sun shining off it. The placement meant we could watch the sunset from the room which was lovely. Great breakfast with delicious dulce de leche. Key cards make things really easy for entering the building. Good bathroom and lovely bed. A treat to stay in.

The hotel was really near the bus station 2minutes walk also only 5minutes from ferry station and ten minutes walk into Colonia it was clean comfortable breakfast was basic but fresh and adequate the staff were friendly and helpful especially Emanwel who spoke good English a good nights stay Maria and Shaun England
