Located in Taichung, within a 11-minute walk of Fengjia Night Market and 3.4 miles of Kuangsan SOGO Dept. Store, Hotel Euphemia has a bar. Hotel euphemia was excellent - room was spacious, clean, it had a couch and three small tables, bed was soft, two pillows per person with a good comforter, and it's toilet and bath was spacious and clean. WiFi was fast enough for mobile gaming. It also provided toiletries, snacks, and drinks for free (+ alcoholic welcome drinks from the bar). The TV had streaming and local cable so we enjoyed since we got to watch their sports channels. Their staff is friendly and the location is close to the night market but far enough that it is quiet and peaceful. You can take a quick walk to mcdonald's or 7-11 if you want a fast meal. It is also close enough to the HSR station so the uber was cheap and the bus ride was short. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in taichung.

Located in Jiaoxi, a 16-minute walk from Jiaoxi Railway Station, Orient Luxury Hotel-Jiaoxi has accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot. Sparkling clean, high-tech, beautiful, brand new facilities, helpful and attentive staff, luxurious amenities. Breakfast options were very plentiful and delicious. Good location too, only a few minutes by foot from Jiaoxi Transfer Station. The balcony onsen (mountain view option) was absolutely wonderful. So clean, peaceful and relaxing with a gorgeous view. I did not even want to put on music, as at night you hear a chorus of crickets and other sounds of wildlife from the surrounding mountains.

Located in Taipei and with The Red House reachable within a 5-minute walk, Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Taipei Ximen provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi throughout... The locker room to keep our bags and backpacks safely (with our own passcodes) before checking in or after checking out (had to catch a red eye flight), giving us the benefit of enjoying Taipei hands free. Hotel has a brand new feel. Polite and cheerful staff. The Taiwanese are always willing to help.

Wyndham Sun Moon Lake is located in Yuchi, in the Sun Moon Lake district. This 5-star hotel offers a kids' club, room service and free WiFi. The hot tub and the public bath. Both are first class and very comfortable. The breakfast is quite elaborate. I did not get to try them ALL because they were too many choices.

Located in Wuri, 4.2 miles from Daqing Station, Boutech Wuri Village Hotel provides accommodations with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The hotel is very new and nice designed. The Japanese spa is wonderful, a peaceful and well equipped shower area with 2 hot water pools.

Located in Kaohsiung, a 10-minute walk from Formosa Boulevard Station, Fullon Poshtel - Kaohsiung provides accommodations with a fitness center, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant.... Great all around, enjoyed our stay. The laundry machine worked well. Very clean and spacious room.

Excellent location for the airport, very professional and friendly staff ( organised our taxi for the next morning, we felt well looked after)! We liked the snack bar, asked for a quiet room, our sleep was u interrupted, we definitely would stay at the alfar hotel again. Thank you for your hospitality!
