All of the staff that we met were very polite and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Superb location, opp the train station and bus stop to the airport and easy walking distance to lots of attractions.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the room itself was spotless and cozy. However, what truly made our stay special was the staff, who were incredibly kind and supportive, treating us like family. They went above and beyond by personally fixing our car when most of the local repair shops were closed for the holidays and others refused to help. We are deeply grateful for their assistance. A heartfelt thank you to Paolo for your outstanding management, and to Sam for all your invaluable support!

Best Western Regina Elena có hồ bơi trên tầng mái và bồn tắm nước nóng với tầm nhìn ra Bờ biển Ligurian. The location was amazing and so were the amenities ! Pool/beach staff was extremely accommodating !

The hotel is a 10min walk from the Genoa Piazza Princippe train station and is located very near the harbour shopping area, the Aquarium attraction and it is very close to eateries and Carrefour Express. It also has friendly and helpful staff in all departments. The room was clean and housekeeping was prompt and professional. They also had a daily affordable buffet set up. I think it was 4euro. It has a lift within the building. Toilet was small but looked new and had basic toiletries, except toothbrush, paste, shaver etc. Its good value for money Just a train ride away from must visit Portofino. Or a ferry ride away.. Ultimately, good value for money Best Western branded hotel.
