Staff friendliness, swift response to every little issue (there was only one minor issue and it was handled immediately, to our full satisfaction). Location and value for money. Great.

Best Western Hotel San Marco offers free parking and modern rooms with TV and minibar, all just outside Siena, a 20-minute walk from the historic centre. The Tangenziale Ovest ring road linking with Florence is 300 metres away. Very good hotel, perfect value for money. The staff is great, everyone is very nice and helpful. The location is great too, the beach is a few minutes walk away. The centre is also within walking distance, but there are plenty of restaurants, bars and entertainment nearby. We had a great time and are grateful to the staff for their kindness and helpfulness! We can only recommend the hotel, we will definitely return here :)
