I had a problem with my credit card and they were very kind on helping me. The check in and check out was easy, quick and very helpful. The rooms are clean, everything looks new, there's room cleaning every day. The breakfast has almost the same options everyday but there are plenty options so you can switch between them. Also, you can take your coffee on the go which is a plus if you want to maximize your day. How good the location is will depend on your plans, for Manhattan is far away but the plus is that it's blocks away from coney island beach which is a must visit and it's close to the metro station. The neighborhood is quite.

Located off Route 11 next to St. Lawrence University, Best Western University Inn boasts free Wi-Fi an on-site restaurant and rooms with cable TV. University of New York Canton is a 5 minutes’ drive. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
