The Moonboat is a great new experience on the West Bank of the majestic river Nile, just opposite the equally awesome Luxor temple. Marlene is a wonderful host with a three members smiling team - Adam the chef, Ali the waiter, and the helping hands provided by Taha. From an occasional visit to one of the many temples, you can stay on the boat: watch the Sun come up over the river, listen to the Imam greeting the fireball, the distinguished elderly gentleman switching off the light on the electricity posts one by one, and the life starting. You have everything there. The breakfast is delicious and substantial and after 3 p.m. Adam is happy to create a great meal for you from the menu, and there is always a cold beer available. And when you think, you observed life long enough, Mohammed would promptly take you to the village or any of the historic sites, sharing his deep understanding and knowledge of the city. I highly recommend the place to the observers.

I stayed for 3 nights, originally booked the boat which is really good enough, but for the next 2 nights, the owner upgraded me to the big boat, i am impressed with the view of Nile from the boat! And it's right opposite of Luxor temple. Totally one of my best experience! The owner and his staff are all attentive, helpful and friendly. It is convenient to cross to the east bank with boat. The breakfast is good portion too! Highly recommended 10/10!!

Love this boat! The staff was specially friendly, ready to help us solve all our needs, always on the watch, anticipating everything. The sightseeing tours were super well organized and coordinated with local agencies and tour guides. The food was varied and tasty and everything was done on a perfect schedule. All the spaces of the cruise, including the rooms were elegantly decorated, with comfortable beds, bathroom small but very functional. Super recommend it!

The cruise was very nice and relaxing. All the people in the staff were super friendly and really focused on giving us everything we needed to have a great time there. Mr Sa'id organised everything perfectly, with care and attention. He was always responsive and found very good guides for our day tours. He even gave us a SIM card to use during the trip.

    Beautiful hotel in a boat on the West Bank! Easily accessible with the public ferry which is a few minutes away. Staff is very nice and very helpful. Good restaurant as well! I had a great time there :-)

    I wish i could give them 10 stars. Ahmed and his boys are friendliest people i met in egypt. They treat you like a family like you really feel it at home. Such a budget friendly Floating boat Hotel neat and clean air conditioned rooms, their service everything was 👌. Excellent job they are doing. I would definitely reccomend it to all the tourists visiting Luxor. It was such a unique experience and beyound my expections. There is nothing to complaint. Excellent, Bestest of Bestest in Luxor.
