The boat is located at the center of Namur, everything is just a stone throw away. You can easily walk within minutes to the center, to the citadel, to the casino (fun at night time). Bernard, the host (I hope I remember his name correct), is very kind and social, his Flemish is cute! He arrives in the morning to prepare your breakfast but then leaves so you can just hang around the boat and do your thing, leaves you to your privacy. Before arrival Bernard asked if there was a special occasion for our stay, he did the effort to get a bottle of champagne as it was my partner birthday - at no cost. Breakfast is amazing, ask for boiled eggs and he brings in this thing that will make the perfect crack in your egg so you can spoon it out. I give this stay, the MS Elisabeth - Péniche Hôtel and Bernard my top rating!
