We stayed here off season for 2 nights, so it was very quiet all around. The location was great, not too near all the tourism, but close enough to see everything. The staff greeted us very warmly by name upon arrival. She informed us that our room would not be available on the Matylda due to technical issues, but on the Klohilda we recieved a free upgrade. She spoke perfect english and helped us get our car situated in a nearby parking garage for 18€ a day (24hours) - Do take this offer. You won't find anything for less nearby. We were able to get a table without reservation on the neighboring boat for dinner. It did fill up quick, so even off season you may need to reserve in advance. It was fantastic. I do recommend getting a meal there. The atmosphere was good, wait staff were friendly, spoke english and we were able to pay by card. For breakfast we could order something from a menu, plus there was drinks, fruit, yogurt and bread available, buffet style. All was very fresh and nicely presented. I also recommend taking the breakfast for 12€. We only ate breakfast the first day, and on the second morning elsewhere, because we like to try out more than one place. For those worried about getting "seasick" at night - no worries. I only noticed small waves twice, which may have been imagined. Even so, the beds are so comfortable and the bedding was very cozy.

We were beyond happy with this place, we will definitely be coming back whenever in Prague. The place is new, modern, clean and literally everything you need is there. Dagmar and Michal are such nice and thoughtful people, they welcomed us and explained how everything works, even let us use the little motor boat that was available there. They even have like spare charging cables and all in the kitchen so even if you forget something, they have everything there. The house is so well equipped, love the ikea furniture and bits. Had a lovely Starbucks coffee in the morning as well with the small coffee machine. Everything just so lovely, we regret we didn’t stay longer. Maybe next time :-) Thank you so much for everything!

The main bedroom opens up straight to the water. The neighbourhood is very quiet. All amenities are clean and in a good condition. The upstrairs deck is amazing.

It was easy to find with the directions given, well maintained, clean and had gorgeous views. We loved that we had use of the boat (though we didn’t use it due to the season) and a nice comfy dock area. The location was fantastic!! We got all the perks of Prague without having to stay in noisy city center. The property was safe and the hosts were amazingly friendly. We will absolutely book again in the summer time.

Houseboat Franklin - Houseboats Benjamin & Franklin tọa lạc ở Khu Prague 05, Prague, cách Lâu đài Prague 5.3 km, Nhà thờ St. Vitus Cathedral 5.3 km và Lâu đài Vyšehrad 5.5 km. All the facilities plus the electric boat. Location, comfort, self catering facilities all perfect. Especially supermarket delivery service.

It was big and clean , with two rooms and living room, the A/c was good, the parking beside the boat , the view was nice especially morning when the duck was there

Ở Khu Prague 09 Prague, gần Nhà thi đấu O2 Praha, soukromý pokoj có khu vườn, Wi-Fi miễn phí và máy giặt. Host was very sweet, even offered to do our laundry for us. Communication was slightly difficult at times due to language barrier. Some of the bathroom facilities did not have working locks, which was inconvenient. Location was excellent for the arena nearby, which was the main reason for choosing this place for our stay anyway! Overall, I would recommend!
