Well organised and clean. Great location and easy parking for both car and bikes. Early check-in was very helpful, although it did cost an extra 10 euro. Great breakfast. Boat rental available right in front of the hotel, although we did not try it.

Easy to find and parking available. Warm welcome by host who took us to the room and carried a suitcase. Room was generous in size, comfortable bed, kettle available, wardrobe ample to store clothing. Breakfast is self-service with a variety of choices and a machine to make your own tea/coffee. Outside seating available on good days, but be aware of midges. Cheap food options for dinner, fairly basic food. Walk to the centre of Giethoorn 10 minutes, advice available to book a boat trip.

Perfect location near the car park. The chalet location was also amazing facing the lake. Comfortable beds. We rented the boat from the hotel and enjoyed it.

The location for exploring the area is excellent but the best thing about the hotel was the welcome we received - we were greeted like old friends and the owner went above and beyond to ensure we got the most out of our stay even though the weather spoilt itself on our second day. Parking was plentiful and bikes and boats available for anyone wanting to explore the canal network. A really special place.

Incredible location and views, so quiet all you hear is birds chirping, everything around is just green and magical. Esther was absolutely amazing, very attentive to our needs and very very sweet. Breakfast was really good, and we also rented a boat through the same family & place and everyone was so nice. We fell in love with them and the place and HIGHLY recommend!

Owners are very friendly and very helpful, even their children are charming.. A perfect affordable boat stay in a beautiful part of the Netherlands. They have an electric boat you can use to tour the canals yourself. Fully equipped kitchen and deck to enjoy. Close to transportation.
