Quiet and safe base to relax after a busy day hitting the tourist spots of LA. The master bed was so comfortable and the main living and upper deck areas were great places to relax. Evgueni was the perfect host, ensuring that we had a wonderful 3 night stay, even allowing us to have a late check out on our last day. Having close parking included was a great benefit.

We had a fantastic time here. Randy, at the front desk, really helped start our mini vacation out wonderfully. He exceeded our expectations in customer service, well done! The room was super clean and the pool had bar service which after a long week of working, a mai tai at the pool was all I wanted (and that mai tai was delish)! The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing!! Beach, boats, restaurants, shopping all a few steps away. We will be back and we’ll bring our kids next time.

Excellent location on the harbor. Nice area to walk and enjoy shops and restaurants. Recommend getting a harbor view room with balcony overlooking the boats.

First, know that you have to book the boat to take you back and forth to Avalon each time with cost @ $25pp and you have to find on your own because it's not included in your tent cost! Then, know that there is no food on the island, so you will go hungry if not prepared. They have some candy and some other stuff, but nothing really good or cheap! The lights at night are minimal, and the tents are confined and not very comfortable being in. The best thing about them was the beds. Those were to notch!

Very good location, within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf and the pontoons where the boats depart to visit the bay and Alcatraz, a bike hire agency and a cable car terminus. Comfortable, clean hotel with friendly staff.

Best breakfast we had out of 3 hotels in California and was the cheapest per night. Nice clean rooms. Great location right by the yachts and boats. Kids enjoyed the pool
