The location was lovely, 10-15 minute walk from the beach. We got a taxi from Tirana airport to this accomodation which cost 25€ so not bad at all. The hosts also provide a taxi service to and from the airport so all you need to do is ask. Our taxi to the airport didn’t show up and the hosts offered to drive us to the airport. The beach near us was lovely, warm water and sandy and very clean also with easy access to public transport, restaurants, shops, gift shops etc, so overall a great location for a relaxing holiday. The room was very nice, beds were very comfortable to sleep on. Big wardrobe and fridge/freezer, air conditioning was also in the room, even provided slippers for us to wear around. The kitchen was well equipped with any utensils needed to cook so making meals at home was very easy and convenient. We would normally eat our meals outside on the terrace and one evening the host offered us raki to drink with our meals outside which was very nice of him. In the mornings and when we arrived they also offered us coffee to drink. We were able to do our laundry here as well thanks to the hosts, and it only took about an hour to dry in the sun. There was a lot of cats on the property and they were all very friendly and would greet us in the morning.

The host was very welcoming and friendly. The property is new , clean and with a very nice view. Many facilities are available like frigo, air conditionner, tv, little kitchen etc. We only stayed for one night but we really appreciated the calm and quiet. Also, the host has paid attention to the feedbacks received from other guests about the difficulty of finding the location, because indication panels were placed everywhere and we found it very easily 🙂

Villa 11 is a family run hotel. From the moment we got there until we left, we were made feel very welcome and very well taken care of . The hotel is run by Rosie , her husband Victor, daughter Lisa, and son Johann. The hotel is modern and spacious and beautifully decorated. We were driving, so private car parking space was a plus . We were upgraded to a larger room on arrival . Spacious bedroom with large balcony overlooking the beach. Lots of wardrobe space , and a plus was the fridge Nice big bathroom with walk-in shower. Shampoo shower gel and soap included . Large bath towels and slippers in room . We were given towels for the beach . Hotel guests do not have to pay for sun loungers/ umbrellas . We were there for 6 nights . Breakfast was included . It was so delicious, freshly prepared when we arrived down every morning . Great variety Rosie and her family were amazing hostesses. We were celebrating our anniversary and were given a bottle of champagne to celebrate, which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return

Contacting Lola and asking questions was super easy and she reacted fast and friendly. Our laundry wasn't dry in time, we put the laundry rack outside and Lola told us we could wait (outside because of the cleaning lady) until the next guests came. All was in easy walking distance and quiet. Thanks for the stay!!

The apartment has a very convenient layout, all rooms are separate including the kitchen. Everything works as expected. There is an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a regular oven, and a big fridge in the kitchen, of course, a complete set of dishes and pots is available and a table with four chairs. The bedroom and living room have separate AC units. The living room is spacious with two couches and two armchairs, two coffee tables, and a TV. The bed in the bedroom is clean and fresh with good quality linens. In the bathroom, there is a laundry machine equipped with detergents and fresh towels. Additional linens and towels are available in the bedroom. The Internet is good enough to use it for work and teleconferencing. The safety of the apartment is increased by additional steel doors located on the apartment floor on the staircase. The apartment location is very convenient, right next to Albanian College Durres, so there are 3 mins walk to Vollga, 2 mins to Bulevardi Epidamn, and 12 mins walk to Bus Station. The owner is very communicative, responds immediately, and is very helpful. I hope this opinion helps you to make the right selection and to the owner to keep a high standard and continuously improve it.

    The villa is amazing I liked it has a great garden, even if it is very hot outside when you sit in the garden of the house so you do not feel it at all the whole house is surrounded by trees.The hosts was perfect, very helpful before our arrival.The beach is opposite the house, perfect location.

    Comfortable villa with everything you need for a vacation home. The house is modern and equipped with all needed facilities. There are a few supermarkets close to the house. The seaside is 10-15 min walk from the house (area to the beach is currently under reconstructions, so the walk is not so nice but not impossible). You can park your car under solid shade (roof) in the yard. The host is super friendly and supported us warmly during our stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

    The coolest thing there Full house full yard everything belongs to you. Ideal holiday home for families, for friends,There is a very calm and quiet place, at the same time, in 15 minutes by walk you are at the sea.The owner he is an understanding and god person.The house is fully equipped with all the amenities the house has everything.In short, we really liked it and We will necessarily go back there.👍👍 💯✔
