A very pleasant place to stay. We stayed in a small cottage with a private bathroom and kitchenette. The owners were very kind and offered us the option to have dinner there, which we gladly accepted – and we were not disappointed. The vegetarian meal we had was absolutely delicious. The accommodation is located close to Mount Aragats and the Amberd Fortress, and Yerevan is also not too far away.

Everything was really great! Our hosts were super nice, the room great and the breakfast amazing. We felt at home! The guesthouse is beautiful and allowed us to walk to nice places without tourists. The monasteries nearby are awesome and we could spend long hours at them without interruptions or tour groups.

Very clean territory, hospitable owner, there is a swimming pool, sauna. Place is dogfriendly - we were with an adult retriever. Beautiful view of the mountains, many fruit trees - in the middle of the day you can hide in the shade of the garden.

I've stayed here twice. The first time I arrived late at night, but I was greeted well. It’s a nice, clean house, a quiet, pleasant place. You can always contact a very friendly and helpful host if you need anything. Not everyone may like the location, but with affordable taxi fares in Yerevan (e.g. Yandex.Taxi) there are no problems with getting around.

The apartment is well located and easy to find and access if you go out or get delivery in. Yandex points it well in the map. Calm and easy location. The views are amazing. The little balcony is a great addition to it. Everything works very well in the apartment. The furniture and the applieances are great. The owners were amazing.     The location is great especially if you plan to visit Aragats mountain and/or Kari lake. It was easy to find, plenty of parking space. The view is spectacular and there are hammocks available to relax. Our booked room had some issues with hot water, so we were offered a two-bedroom "villa" property (with separate entrance) for the same price.
