Spacious rooms and places. House is in the center next to a lake and with summer card it's free for entry. Thanks to the summer card we saved more money having used cable cars, alpine roads etc. There are numerous restaurant near at hand by walk. Good starting point to reach almost everything in the region. From sauna house outlook is wonderful.

The location was very good. Although on the main road, the property was well insulated and there were no noise problems. You do need a car to get around. The property is very tastefully decorated and comfortable throughout, with nice touches like an espresso coffee machine, beans provided! High quality kitchen with full oven, and hob with built in extractor. Excellent communication from hosts.

Everything was perfect! If you want to spend several days in fairytale you should choose this house. Everything you may need for comfortable rest is in the house. The splendid views of the valley look like a picture. The logistic is also comfortable if you are travelling by car. Josefa, Markus and kids are so kind and friendly, that you fell like at home! The apartman is amazing. It is very spacious modern and simple. The view to the mountine is beautiful. There is a tree with Xmas lights in front of the terrace , so it was really cosy time some days before Xmas. Kitchen is very good equipped, like at home. Coffee machine was really surprising for me, however I m not coffee addict. Key was in the safe box, it was difficult to open, but Franz helped us in 1 minute even we arrived at 8 pm. Wifi is perfect for working. Tv is giant. Bed was comfortable, pillows are not really for me, but could sleep with it :) We liked the spacious garage, it was comphy to catch the flat with luggage. We went to Walter- 2 min walk fm the house -for a dinner, where gluten free options are available. It is important for us. Food was excellent.

    The position: in an authentic austrian village, close to Hauser Kaibling gondola (10 min by car). The skibuss station is 100 m from the apartment. There is a good restaurant 150 m away and a Spar supermarket 5 min away by car. The hostess is very friendly.

    It is a wonderful place, very well equiped, new, clean and spacious. The house is placed at the very end of the village, so it is quite and peaceful. The owners are sympathic and helpful. The appartment is directly opened to the garden with a lot of stuff for kids. A lot of various options for entertainment is nearby, the majority is included in the Schladming-Dachstein SommerCard, which is a part of the accomodation. It would be even a great place for permanent living for us :-)
