We loved everything : The hosts - are warm and very friendly, and helpful. The location is perfect - quiet and easy to find, The accommodation - is comfortable, very clean, and cosy. The appartment was perfectly clean, modern, well equipped and with a beautiful view. Smooth communication with the host. We booked the appartment thinking it was downstairs, but it was not located directly on the ground floor, but it had a beautiful and big terrace. We enjoyed it also with our children, thank you!

The breakfast - consisting of local produce - was excellent, and the landlady gladly adapted it to our special dietary preferences, which is something we've really appreciated. The house is super-clean; our room's terrace overlooked a green meadow, the wifi worked flawlessly and we could use a parking space just by the house - very convenient :) The location is perfect for a trip to Ötchergräben and the Gemeindealpe. We felt very welcome :)

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful – we arrived on motorcycles and he kindly offered us the option to park in the garage, which we really appreciated ❤️. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it met all our expectations. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were smiling and friendly. Overall, this accommodation offers good value for money. The location is excellent – very close to Mariazell yet still peaceful. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a place to stay in this area.

Perfect locality. Owner is comunicating everythig you need. Apartment is realy very large. Everything what you will need, you will find. Beautiful views from windows. Apartment is after reconstruction, evey room have badroom. Perfect locality for hiking. Train station is 5 min walking, parking for car 50 m from apartment. No complains, we will be happy to go here again.
