Great parking right in front, easy stairs, very modern ammentities, super clean. Very accomodating to our dogs, even left dog snacks and water bowls for them - wonderful touch. Our poor planning over Ephiphany weekend where most stores are closed, we found the refridegrator supplied for breakfast the following morning - really made our stay. In the morning, even our car was cleaned of snow as well as the parking space. Could not eb happier with the service and the place.

The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the owner, Philipp, who is incredibly nice, welcoming, and warm. He graciously waited for our late check-in and provided us with many helpful tips for our trip. The property's location was superb. Upon entering, you're greeted by a pleasant fragrance. It's situated in a quiet area of Saint Gilgen and boasts a great view of both the lake and the hills. The balcony, in particular, was a place I wished I could stay forever. Our room was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. They even provided thoughtful extras like fruits and nuts, which you don't typically find in other properties. The in-room facilities were complete, including a tea maker with various teabags and a Nespresso coffee maker. The owner's attention to detail throughout the entire property truly stands out. Every aspect, from the shared areas to the individual rooms, was meticulously cared for with a wonderful perspective. This clearly demonstrates their genuine care for their guests, which is incredibly valuable. I was on a road trip and only stayed for one night. Honestly, if I had known about this property in advance, I would have definitely booked it for a longer period instead of staying in Salzburg. I would have happily traveled to Salzburg by car during the day and spent an extra day simply enjoying the property itself. I can only say our stay was wonderful, and I will definitely come back again and recommend it to everyone.

What a wonderful little apartment. The shower was great! The bedroom had plenty of room to move around the bed, and the windows had blackout shades. comfortable living room area if you’d like to sit someplace along with a dining table and a kitchen with all the conveniences.  I also appreciated the extras that you could purchase while staying there, like having a load of laundry, done, or purchasing tea or coffee to have in your room while staying there. They also provide a great breakfast each day.

The staff were very friendly. Location is very good - there is a Spar supermarket right in front and a petrol station nearby as well. Property is on the main road and very easy to find with convinient parking facilities. We had booked a studio - the kitchen facilities with fridge and kitchenette were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. I would certainly recommend to everyone and also visit again

A magical and cozy B&B ran by an amazing couple, comfortable beds and clean sheets, the playground and garden was well-kept, lots of places to sit at outside and enjoy the view, there were cute animals in site, breakfast was wonderful (eggs, sausages, fruits, cheese, veggies, pastries)

Very spacious and comfortable apartments with a beautiful lake view. Pretty good value for money compared with another possibilities. Take yourt time and make a few steps to walk through a Fuschl village and its promenade.

    Great location almost on the lake shore not far from the village. Cozy rooms with a beautiful view. You can use the sauna (regular or infrared). It is really pet friendly, but don't forget to warn that you will be with a fluffy one.

    The apartment is very spacious for a family, we have stayed here a few times a we feel at home. We really enjoy the location close to the lake and Fuschl village. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle any meal and the hosts are wonderful.

    Woderful location at the very end of the Fuschl village surrounded by medows and forests only. There is absolute silience and darkness in the night and quiteness and privacy during the day. Yet it takes only 10 minutes walking to get to the Fuschl center with restaurants and lake beach. The flat is spacious, newly equipped with everything functional and absolutely clean. Mrs. Sabine is perfect host. She gave us valuable tips for our stay.

    My 5days stay was great! Easy access to Salzburg, Wolfgangsee, Bad Ischl by bus 150. Nice 3hour walk around the lake. Little shop in the village, and a bakery with yummy stuff! The AIR is amazingly clear!!! Beautiful location, house, breakfast. Petra, the host is super lovely! 😊

    Great rural and peaceful location with amazing views across to Schafberg. I regularly saw deer in the fields and got to within 5m on one occassion. Lots of hiking on the doorstep. The village of Fuschl am See is a 15 minute walk away.

    we had a large apartment with a wooden balcony on the shores of Fushl lake. The village was very quiet and placed in a fairytale context. it was a perfect starting point for touring the surrounding Salzburg region
