We liked Karo the owner's welcome and how she greeted us. She was very helpful and supportive and was waiting for us when we arrived. She was very friendly as well and she has excellent customer care, Thank you Karo for the chocolate., the apartment is new, very clean, excellent location and beuteful view. Beautiful location so peaceful, lovely walks and hikes available right outside the doorstep the views are breathtaking, staff are absolutely fantastic very welcoming and very helpful we had dinner in the restaurant lovely fresh trout to a beautiful strudel,breakfast was nice loads to choose from lady that was serving breakfast she was so nice attentend to all that we need it ,feels like a second home from views to the nice staff we got talking to we hope to be back soon we couldn't have asked for a better stay in our first night in Austria Thank you

The room facilities were all new, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. The environment was serene, with a small balcony offering beautiful mountain views every day. There was free parking, and it took around 15 minutes to drive to Hallstatt. During our 3-day stay, we met the hotel owner's family, who were all very warm, friendly, and hospitable, providing lots of useful information. When we encountered a problem and sought the owner's help, they spent a great deal of time assisting us, which was truly touching and appreciated - this level of enthusiasm and support is not something you can experience at every hotel. It was an excellent accommodation experience overall. :D

    We felt very comfortable in this nice, cozy and newly equiped guest house. The fact that it´s located righ next to the only supermarket in this large village is an exellent bonus for someone who doesn´t travel by car. The bus stop is also right in front. I can highly recommend this place for your stay.

    Gosau is picturesque village with beautiful views. The hotel has a perfect restaurant, which is great for dinner. Great food, great staff. I would give 5 points of 5 to this restaurant :) The rooms are simplier, but clean and for reasonable price. They have EV charger /11 kW/.

    I managed to get a room @ 3rd floor with a nice view of the mountains. They provide good tasty food and at times when its sunny they open their garden restaurant. The 3 churches nearby and gosau village vibe are some of the memories I cherish for life. Its in between Hallstat and Gosau Lake and the price is descent.
