We liked Karo the owner's welcome and how she greeted us. She was very helpful and supportive and was waiting for us when we arrived. She was very friendly as well and she has excellent customer care, Thank you Karo for the chocolate., the apartment is new, very clean, excellent location and beuteful view. The apartment was designed in local style with amazing details. Everything was thought though and we had all we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped, on the table was fresh mint water for us. The apartment was clean and very cozy. Great place to stay with separate exit to the garden and nice place for kids to play. The owners were very respectful and nice to us. The parking was available for free in the territory.

    This was a lovely property right in the heart of the Austrian Alps. The owner provided some discount cards to local attractions. They also provided a detailed list of events happening in the region during the dates we were there. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. The village was lovely and the surrounding activities was wonderful. I would return.

    We were 4 nights in the ground floor apartment, 5 adults. The apartment is spacious and includes 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view around the house is lovely, the village of Rusbach is very close to the Gosau and Hallstatt lakes. There is a supermarket a 5-minute drive from the village. The apartment is hot, but since we were in the apartment in the second half of September, when we opened the windows in the evening it was pleasant.

    Amazing apartment. Clean, well maintained, includes everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable vacation (especially comfortable beds). We were a family with four children and there was enough space for everyone. Elizabeth, the owner of the place, went out of her way to make us comfortable and relaxed, and was available for any question or request. The village is also quiet and charming.
