Everything was perfect! We were staying in family rooms beacuse we have two children under 12, and that's the best combination with smaller kids. Breakfast ist excellent, you don't need to book it in advanced, you just need to come and register yourself. Position of hotel is ideal, just in front of Kargan station from where you can easily reach everything interesting in Wien.

The apartment was amazing, with a beautiful bathroom and balcony. We received a welcome gift with some snacks and custom WeltWien candy which was delicious. Everything was clean and there were no noises from the neighbouring apartments, the apartment is soundproofed well. The room is spacious and the wardrobe is big enough for 2 people. There is also a desk upstairs. The metro station is 5min away from the apartments, making it easy to travel around town. We will happily come back!

Location: A short walk from Schwedenplatz metro station and connection to main U1 redline - this line takes you directly to the center as well as to the HBF train station, which I made use of a lot . Right outside the hotel is a Spar supermarket with almost everything you would need. The hotel is also very close to a lot of restaurants. Everything is within walking distance from here. The Room: Spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything a savvy traveler would need (FYI: Kettle & Coffee Machine). In addition to that, a nice shower with good water pressure and a proper hairdryer that's up to standard. Heating in the room and bathroom was a nice touch that added to the level of luxury at this affordable price. Bed was comfortable and size was decent. The Staff: Excellent and prompt communication ensured a smooth and easy self-check in experience. Cleaning staff were also kind and obliging. I loved this place so much that I actually booked it twice in one week - the convenience, location and amenities made it a gold standard for me. Over and above that, the self check-in procedure is quick and works well. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location close to two tram stops, the suburban train and a supermarket. Really nice breakfast with a good variety to offer, 24hr coffee available and the staff were super friendly and helpful! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. The room was massive and very clean, the bathroom convenient and clean and to get to the city center was so easy as there is a tram that goes straight to the city. I would stay at the other hotels in the chain in other cities as well as we had such a positive experience.
