Since each room has its own kitchenette and bathroom, each group can make the food at the same time. Anna, the host, is very responsive to our requests and made an extra effort to get us a nespresso coffee machine and boxes of coffee capsules.

Wayne is an excellent host, super nice, very accommodating, always gives great advice and his breakfast is superb. The room is huge with million dollars views. His gardens are beautiful. The super king bed is very comfortable. The location is also great.

As last minute bookings go this was the absolute jackpot. The loveliest hosts of a properly nice place to stay. Honestly, we felt like we had come home and really didnt want to leave. Penguin is a charming town and the house is the exemplar of a holiday let. Everything we needed was there, loads of relevant and useful advice before we arrived and Terry and Fran made themselves accessible to us without making us feel like we would be a burden. Beach literally across the road, and town within walking distance. Lots of awesome stuff within driving distance. In the end we saw penguins for real life before hitting the Tasmanian arboretum and seeing real life Platypus'sss'ss. This place is outstanding and if you can book it, do!

Fantastic spot. They had beautiful interior and breathtaking views. I loved the lounge room, very magistic. Our stay was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities available. Shopping was easy as the shops were literally next doors. I also loved their small gesture of putting a make up remover tower, precious. Communication was very smooth.

Place is absolutely gorgeous! It's very private and relaxing, rooms are spacious and sparkly clean! They have everything you need to make yourself a cuppa and some toast. There's a massive shared kitchen downstairs. There's a fully fenced backyard where your furry friends can roam free. The host Ting is absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Will definitely be back.

We loved everything . Perfect location for exploring the area including cradle mountain, little penguin and platypus spotting and tons more. Fab little town . Everything in walking distance . Nice brewery 6 mins stroll . The apartment sites by the river and is perfect . Well equipped, modern , comfortable, peaceful , immaculate, excellent outside space and lovely responsive host . Far exceeded our expectations and would def recommend . We have used self catering for over 30 years and this one is def one of our favourites. Sue u are a great host thanks .
