Hair dryer, fridge, TV, ports for charging next to every bed. Microwave! Dishes! Extra blankets! Shampoo and soap included! Free parking too! There are 4 sleeping spots in the room, though there isn't a "double bed" as advertized, but rather just two smaller beds pushed together. At the end it was completely fine though. While there may be no radiators and the room is quite cold by default, you can still turn the air conditioner up to 30°C and enjoy! The host speaks very good English and Russian, and he replied very fast when I messaged him on the Booking website. Also, even though it comes with "no breakfast included", there is a very decent eating place right next to the hostel, which opens everyday of the week at 6 am. Not the best of food quality, but the prices are super cheap for Europeans.

This was until now the best place where I stayed at. Very big and very nice apartment with a nice, big bed. Great bathroom with normal shower cabine and a washing machine in the kitchen which I could use. Very close to the train station and the center. Very easy to find and I got a lot of information from the owner. I would definitely recommend this place.
