100% perfect. It was like visting your cool uncle and aunt. The hosts were very nice and caring. The room was very cosy and tidy, filled with nice gadgets like tv with Netflix and other services, the "hey google" thingy that played music and answered questions, a wireless phone charger near the bed. The breakfast was excellent. Great location, just by the river, and 10 minutes away (by car) from center of Ottawa.

The facilities are well maintained. The cleaners were exceptional. The location downtown near the UOttawa is a very good business decision. The receptionists were very professional and welcoming. The kitchen design was beautiful. No smelly carpets. Les Suites Hotel was home away from home. I will recommend it for any family bonding experience.

This a 3 floor brand new constructions with dark brown floors and white walls. Everything is spanking new (bed frame in room 1 still had tag on it). Shower, wide mirror, lots of counter space, and spa bath in adjoining bathroom (room 1). Massive walk-in closet with some hangers & lots of drawer space etc. Owner responded fast.
