I spent one night at Apartment Breithorn in Lauterbrunnen and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—it truly feels like a home away from home. The bed was very comfortable, and there’s a lovely outdoor area perfect for a barbecue. The hosts were incredibly sweet and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Hosts were very polite and helpful. We had issues with our booking at another hotel, so this booking was done by BOOKING.COM. The hosts Tobias was kind enough to accommodate at the last minute. He prepared the apartment and was ready in an hour. Since we arrived late, Tobias has even provided groceries for late quick meals. The apartment was clean , nice and had all the amenities. The view from bedroom was snow clad mountains.

We loved the vibe and the location — such a beautiful spot! Honestly, when we first booked, we were a bit unsure because there wasn’t a private bathroom. But we really wanted to see Lauterbrunnen, so we went for it — and we’re so glad we did! Turns out, we had nothing to worry about. The bathrooms were super clean and well-maintained, and everyone at the hostel was respectful and chill. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we’re ever back in the area!

The unobstructed view was breathtaking and matched the images shared by the host. The living room was very cozy and served as the perfect common space for a family. The location was a 1-minute walk to the Lauterbrunnen Station and Coop supermarket. The kitchen was very modern and had all the appliances you needed. There was a very good restaurant right across the street. The bathroom is not entirely "private" as it is shared between two bedrooms (so you will have to lock two doors when using the amenity). There are two showers and one toilet in this bathroom, which is great. There is a spare toilet located on the second floor in the living room. As a big family, I am fine giving my two children each a shower in the same bathroom. It would just be ideal for the group travellers to have a better glimpse of the layout of this property.
