Everything, including the location of the chalet and views. For the first in Europe, stay in the chalet felt like home from home. Overall experience was much better than I expected. We have enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the trains after we returned in the evening. Rebecca was the perfect host, and she has provided everything we need during our stay. Location was fantastic, waking up with the mountains outside your window is breathtaking. The room was clean, breakfast exceptional and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a VERY memorable experience. The walk from the railway station to hotel on arrival with bags was challenging, however, if you telephone on arrival a shuttle bus service is available for 5 francs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Gletscherblick and will definitely recommend it to family and friends in Australia.

I have never left any comments on any accommodations I stayed, but this time I must say everything was perfect here. The apartment is very nicely decorated and equipped, friendly host, and quite convenient to explore around, we went by car and there’s a parking spot available. The apartment was definitely one of the high-lights of our trip because it was beyond our expectations. Absolutely recommend!

Clean and everything was prepared nicely, clean sheets, toilets, kitchen, living hall and heater all were working well. Nice view from balcony. Very considerate - allowed to keep bags in cellar after check out.
