Everything was perfect. Owner was very friendly and helpful. He even let us check in a bit earlier and check out a bit later as well. Location is 2 mins away from the bus station, so if you are planning to do your Torres del Paine trekking and need to walk with a backpack, location is perfect! Also not far from the center, which was around 10-15 min walk.

The private hot tub and view were unbeatable. It was the most relaxing, peaceful stay and Javier and Eugenio are there if you need absolutely anything. Breakfast was fine, pretty standard continental and there are other things for purchase. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat, one of the nicest, most peaceful places I've ever stayed!

Really cosy and clean, staff go out of their way to make the experience really nice. Breakfast is great especially if you're up for an early morning hike. Bed is super comfy, shower is really nice, we couldn't fault it! It's even right beside some really great restaurants.

This was very convenient as we were able to catch up on laundry and cook for ourselves after having been traveling awhile. The bed is very comfortable and there is a heater in the living room.
