The location was very good, walking distance to everywhere. The host was super kind, he went to get us when we arrived at Nanhua gate, so we didn't get lost. They received us with fruits and tea and explained to us the whole area with a map, also recommended some activities and places to eat. He also helped us to get tickets with great seats for a show and with the taxis. The room was clean and nice with a beautiful view.

-       -       Beautiful hotel in the heart of Fenghuang, just a few steps to the famous bridge, close to many nice restaurants. The staff was very helpful and her English was very good, which is really rare in China.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is just outside the busiest part of Fenghuang ancient town so you don't need to battle the crowds but still 600m from river (the outdoor bath was so relaxing). The staff were truly attentive and helpful, the room spotlessly clean, free laundry service and it has an utterly amazing upper floor with an infinity pool. Great value for money. Small touches like floor lights that lead you to the bathroom at night added an extra touch.

The woman from the desk was very kind and helpful with everything. She gave me a small gift when checking-in and guided me where to take the bus to the railway when checking-out. The room was cleaned, the AC heater worked well and the location was good!
