owner was very nice and welcoming ! gave us suggestions and guidance on where to go about :) even prepared special meals to suit our appetite. 100% recommend ! ❤️ owners were also very friendly and fetched us to a few places. Room wise was very clean and spacious. toilet comes with bidet and warmer. there was also a jacuzzi in my room. there is a pool downstairs to swimm as well. and there is a projector to watch movies ans listen to music :)

We absolutely do not regret choosing a hotel, everything was just great. The location is amazing, close to the city center and to the entrance to the park, every morning Rebecca drove us by car where we needed, helped us understand everything, both in buying tickets and in the use of public transport. The hostess and her family are just wonderful, responsive, cheerful, helped to solve all issues. Thanks to them, our vacation was easy and we were able to enjoy the beauty of the park and the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and clean. It was the most amazing vacation! I had an absolute blast staying at Wallys, which contributed to creating a truly memorable experience for my trip on top of the sightseeings. - Amazing hospitality. While there are plenty of Zhangjiajie itineraries online, they can't beat the sharing from a local like Wally from routes to avoid crowds and insider hikes. He handdrew a very detailed 2day route map with many options to cater to my needs. Wally was also super helpful attending to all my questions and arranging for ticket purchases (with discount). Also i learnt a lot from the lovely chat abt his experience growing up in the area and managing the hostel. - Convenient location, less than 5mins walk to main gate, accessible to all shops and restaurants. - Affordable price and truly value for money (in no way will your experience be compromised).

The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. We cane in very late in the evening, she even woke up to open the doors for us. She gave us extra blankets and warming flasks for us to stay warm in the cold weather. The breakfast and dinner were homecooked. It really is a tight-knit small family hotel!
