stunning location and cosy, well-laid-out and fully equipped house. so peaceful and quiet and the courtyard was a wonderful place to sit out and enjoy wine and the night’s sky. Kathikas, although small, had several excellent eating and cafe spots within easy walking distance.

We were very happy with the apartment, it had everything that anyone could need, in the kitchen. There were plenty of towels and bedding too. The balcony was a good size and the apartment has its own car lot.

The location is very good: on the hills in Droushia village at an altitude of around 600 m with dry and cooler weather (in summer), not far from the beautiful beaches of Baths of Aphrodite, Pomos and Latchi. The renovated village house: spacious, comfortable and well equiped. Beautiful and peaceful garden to barbecue and dine in the evenings. Generous host: offered local freshly made goat cheese from a neighbour that produces great goat cheeses. Recommended!

The location of this place was amazing - a couple of minutes to the beach with a delicious cafe on the way! It’s also right behind some wonderful restaurants: a tapanaki restaurant, gelato shop, local Cypriot food cafe and restaurant, and Italian restaurant. The house itself is very well maintained and the pool is fantastic. We had so much fun. The beds are comfortable and the shower pressure is good! Kitchen has everything we need and the grocery store is about a 5 minutes walk up the road. Overall, it was great and we cannot wait to stay again!

    It's a wonderful house; a perfect blend of traditional build for the area and full modern comfort. The host was great and communicative, sends a complete guide to the area for first timers. The village itself is also very authentic and beautiful, with a cafe, restaurants and even a mini market.

    A charming and comfortable property, basic facilities but everything you need for a short break. We had a roof terrace and a shared courtyard for outside space. As a central base for the area it is ideal in a lovely village with all the amenities needed.

    The location is excellent, as it's just outside the main square of the village, so you are close enough to walk everywhere, but it's quiet at night and in the morning. Compared to other old-style houses in the Paphos villages, this one has modern furnishings, is comfortable, warm, and has a functioning fire place.

    The house felt like it was the owners pride and joy a real homely feeling ,the layout of the property was perfect with the two parts of the house connected by the courtyard which was great for breakfast and sitting out in the evening.The location of the house was ideal right in the village in beautiful surroundings.So glad we found this ideal house and also great host Marinos.
