The apartment was spacious, clean and looked exactly like the photos. It was equipped with everything we needed. Marie and Thomas were friendly and helpful. For us the location was perfect with a twenty minute walk into the centre of the historic old town with lots of restaurants. As part of paying the tourist tax Thomas provided us with a Konus card which gave us free travel on all trains in the Black Forest area and reduced admission to museums.

The central location was great. The addition of a 'free' travel card meant that we could leave our car parked all of our stay. it is an excellent base tii visit the area as the train and bus connections are good and the number of restarants gives you a wide choice of meals out. the kitchen facilites were good (the knives were sharp whichisn't usual LOL)

Superb location, knowledgeable host, kindly booked us a table at a local restaurant where the food was incredible. This top floor apartment was well equipped, although it did come with quite a hefty price tag. Despite several reminders, we constantly bumped our heads on the low ceiling when leaving the property, which always gave us a laugh we will most probably return here although it would've been nice if there was a garage or shelter for our motorbikes as they were a little wet the following morning with the dew. The host promised to ride out with us if we return and show us the areas best bits. If his restaurant recommendation is anything to go by, this is a must we will, therefore, most probably return next year for a longer stay and enjoy all the area has to offer.

    EVERYTHING! Love the village and the Cafe. Every morning we walked across the square to the bakery for our brotchen and pastries. Every evening the family came together to sit outside the Cafe for beer, wine, kuchen and ice cream. Our two grandchildren (6yr and 18 mos) loved the cow statues, the playground near by and the village square. We had 2 of the rooms [the classic car and the Marrakesh). Bathroom and kitchen space fabulous. Beds so comfy! Air conditioning a true blessing. Cannot recommend enough!

    Absolutely everything. This beautiful apartment is in a fabulous location for exploring the Black Forest. The apartment is a great size and has everything you could possibly need. The shower was fantastic. It is well located in the village for transport links, restaurants and shops. Ann-Katrin was always on hand should you need her. We didn't, as mentioned, there was everything you could need and we were grateful for the umbrella! We had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
