The host was very friendly, he welcomed us at check-in and gave us the keys and the visitor cards (included in the local tax and offer some discounts to Mittenwald's attractions). The host also allowed us to lend for free some toboggans (both for one and two people) and regularly cleaned the parking area and driveway from snow. The apartment was clean and warm with underfloor heating and a mountain view from the living room window. The location was great, only a few minutes walk from the town centre and the Kranzberg-Sessellift, where you can toboggan back down or ski to the main ski area of Mittenwald (otherwise you have to drive there).

The staff were so friendly and helpful before we arrived and during our stay. The buffet breakfast was exceptional everyday. The rooms were warm and comfortable and clean. Finding the hotel and parking was easy. Would stay there again.

    We spent an amazing week in the Bichl Ferienwohnungen, the apartment is extremely fresh and well-furnished, very spacious and located in a quiet part of the village, even though it is a bit hidden it was no problem to find after the host gave us exact instructions.
