Lovely B & B in the heart of Lübeck's Gründerviertel. Clean and functional loft-style rooms in Scandinavian style. The breakfast was delicious with oven-fresh bread rolls, home made jam, freshly squeezed juice, fruit and cold cuts which prepared us well for our discovery tours in Lübeck. The last remaining brewery is just around the corner and the famous Rathausmarkt is only a very short stroll away. We felt very welcome and well taken care of. If we ever have the chance to visit Lübeck again, we hope to stay at The Layhead again.

We arrive from ferry, and it was very comfortable to overnight. Just 15 min from Travemunde with safety private parking and very comfortable room. Free water, excellent bed and tasty breakfast with great variety of food. Friendly staff. Thank you, we enjoy staying with you.

Such a delightful stay! The cozy accommodation, proximity to the old town, and the warmth of the staff made our family trip truly memorable. They even went the extra mile to make our little one feel at home with a special bedsheet, children's plate, and cup. Plus, the thoughtful treats and water in the room were a lovely touch.     The place has amazing furniture. It is like staying in a villa from the 1300s. Amazing experience! the location is really good as well and the host was super nice. The backyard is really pretty and the place is super spacious.

    Lovely and stylish villa within easy walking distance from the centre. Travellong with a family of 4, we had two bedrooms connected by a spacious living room. There was also a fully equipped kitchen, and shared toilet and shower room.

    Villa HanseART is lovely. We were greeted on arrival and despite the language barrier, felt welcome. The facilities are bright, spacious and nicely decorated. We were very comfortable. It was extremely clean for a shared accommodation. We appreciated being able to store our food in the fridge and cook in a decently stocked kitchen.
