Holiday Rentals in Siwa

Wow! What an AMAZING place! We stayed at Siwa Cafour House for 5 nights and wished we could have stayed more. The rooms are soooo comfortable and the property is great. The pool and the hot spring are perfect to relax during the day or the night and it is possible to book all the tours from the property. The owner, Abdu, is a really friendly person who always makes sure that all the guests are enjoying their experience. In only a few days he became our good friend. Also, the food is delicious and affordable. We are already missing it!!

Awesome location, right within the ruins of Shali Fortress and the Bedouin town. It's an authentic experience.

The property itself is BEAUTIFUL. It's a traditionally built mudhouse which is beautifully designed. when seeking accommodation in Siwa, one should not pass up such a great opportunity. The room itself was nice and spacious, bathroom was lovely. Most importantly, the room comes with a heater, and there is hot water for the showers and taps, as winters get a very chilly at this part of the country. All the windows were netted up, so we didn't even get a single mosquito in the room. Yay. The place is a little further away from the town centre, but it's only a pleasant 15-20min walk, or a short tuktuk ride. I heard that some accommodations around town get rather noisy, especially at night. So we were spared all that, our whole stay was peaceful and quiet. Ahmed and Mohammed were really kind and accomodating. We took the night bus from Cairo and arrived rather early in the day. But the both of them made sure that we settled in nicely. Ahmed also gave us tips around town, and which got springs to go to

I was originally supposed to only stay one night at Paloma Lodge from 6 Nov to 7 Nov, but because I enjoyed my stay here so much, I decided to extend for 4 more nights, only checking out on 10 Nov instead. Paloma Lodge is very well located, with only about 5 mins’ walk away from Siwan town centre where all the restaurants, cafés and shops are located. Apart from that, it’s only a stone’s throw away from a fresh water spring, where it’s perfect for an early morning or mid-afternoon swim. The host, Captain Nair, is super kind, warm and hospitable! He made me feel very welcomed and because I was a solo female traveller, he would check on me when I’m out later in the evening. In fact, he invited me to dinners at the lodge with lovely meals, either prepared by the good Captain himself, or his lovely housekeeper, Safie! The lodge is very tastefully decorated and kept very clean. The one-room apartment that I stayed in was very cosy and was sufficiently equipped with kitchen appliances, such as; electric kettle, toaster oven and a fridge. I will definitely stay at Paloma Lodge again, when I come back to Siwa!! It was a very enjoyable and cosy homestay which felt like you are with family. A home away from home.

You get what you reserved. Excellent place with a correct , helpfoul and polite owner . Wallid takes care of everything and he's also an excellent chef . Easy to reach and placed in a very safe place .

The host contacted us pretty in advance to inform us about everything needed. As the location is aprox. 5km away from the center, he had the guy to pick us up when from the bus station to Siwa Spot. The whole experience was simply perfect: the place is super nice & quite, fully equiped with everything necessary: heater as it was January and quite cold in the nights, towels, bed sheets and blankets, hot water, hair dryer and a kitchen to have your own meals prepared.. all surronded by palms and a silence atmosphere that will allow you to completely disconnect from your daily routine. However, the best part was our connection with the manager, who even not speaking English (and us not speaking Arabic), was able to take us to anywhere nearby in his "tuk-tuk", help us in everything needed and took us to amazing places we haven't heard about. Kola made our stay in Siwa even better that expected and it felt just like home the 2 days spent in there. If you're hesitating about where to go.. this is THE place :)

The great location that you can easy to have meals or cafe. Small room but clean and comfortable.

This is a new homestay, and the owner is very nice. It is highly recommended to stay here, it will have a good journey in Siwa. The location is great. It's only 190 meters walk from the bus station, you can easily find its location. It's in the city center and it's very convenient to buy food, water, souvenirs. On the roof, you can see the three most famous scenic spots in Siwa. The boss is very nice. 1⃣️ After I booked the house, he contacted me in time to confirm the number of people with me. Tell me the sights in Siwa in advance. He greeted us at the front of the house when we arrived in Siwa, it was very hot, and he gave us iced dates. 2⃣️Introduce delicious restaurants, tell us Abdu restaurant, Tekeyet Elamir restaurant, these two restaurants are good, and the taste is really good when we try it! 3⃣️After dinner, the owner took us to Shali to watch the sunset. Because there are a lot of us and our schedules are different, we went to Shali twice, and he took them twice. it's free 4⃣️Introducing a reliable guide, we went to Salt Lake, fatnas island, Ain Cleo Patra and the Dead Mountain in one day. These places are beautiful. The guide arranged a very reasonable time, told us where to take pictures, and the price was very cheap The house is fine. The room was tidy, the bed and sofa were clean. There is a kitchen and some basic utensils in this house, we can cook by ourselves. There is air conditioning in the bedroom, Siwa is hot and the air conditioning keeps us alive. There are many sockets in the room, so we don't need to worry about no place to charge our phone. There is a washing machine for washing clothes. There is a large terrace on the roof where you can dry clothes; you can sit on the roof to eat at night. However, the wifi signal is not very good, but I think this should not be the reason of the hotel.
