The owner, David, really was a superb host! Very kind and helpful with everything. He even threw together a nice spread of cheese and ham for us when we arrived a bit exhausted in the evening on New Years day saving us from having to drive all the way to one of the bigger cities to find an open supermarket/restaurant. Breakfast was very good and upon request they also offer excellent home made dinners in the evening in a nice familiar atmosphere. The place itself is as advertised, offering beautiful views from the terraces where we enjoyed our breakfast and the room itself as well as the shared bathrooms were very clean, comfortable and functional. The area itself is very quiet and with a rental car we found the location to offer a good balance between being able to reach the beach for relaxation and Teide national park for hiking (and there are also some nice local hiking options).

Location is perfect, on outskirts of village with uninterrupted views to the south coast. Great pool (with cover so useable all Year round) and property set in peaceful location. Perfect for exploring the national Park areas but equally a short drive from the coastal resorts and shops. And a basket of fresh oranges on arrival too. Fast response from owner with plenty of tips to enjoy our stay. We will visit again!

    The host was very helpful and provided lots of useful advice ahead of our arrival. It's a great villa only 10-15 minutes from Adeje and Los Cristianos. It's very handy for attractions like Siam Park too. We used a car during the day but also found the 1Taxi! app to be very good for taking taxis in the evening.

    Pros - Great villa. Comfy, Loads of room in and out. Everything we needed. Great pool, Hot tub a bonus, nice breeze through the villa so. didn't need the AC in June, 10 min drive to Christianos or Chafiras.

    The villa was so spacious and relaxing, you had everything you needed. The pool and the garden were perfect you barely needed to leave the house you had everything you needed. I can’t say enough how me and my group were head over heels in love with the house 😍🥰❤️ The owner were also amazing and very helpful ❤️

    Very spacious villa with stunning views and good value for money for 8 people. The pool and hot tub were well used during our stay by all our family. Frank & Jenny were responsive and the snacks and drink provided on arrival were well received. If we return to Tenerife in the future, we would definitely look to hire this villa again.

    The property was clean and spacious with plenty of items on site such as coffee machines etc. The pool was AMAZING, and the communication with the host was excellent, would highly recommend for a group trip, as their was so much space available within the villa including a separate kitchen and bedrooms.     Location to the supermarket and some bars/restaurants was excellent (literally opposite was a shopping centre!). Heated Pool was good and the villa was cleaned to a good standard for our arrival. Despite the location on a quite busy road with shopping centre opposite, we didn’t feel overlooked while sunbathing. Close to Montanas Guaza which was a great, if a bit challenging, walk for a cloudy day!
