This apartment is spacious, beautiful, and offers everything that is listed and more. The hosts are the best you could ask for, very kind, helpful, and generous. They speak English and Italian. (Thank you for your warm welcome!) The neighborhood is excellent, very close to the city center, shops, restaurants, and the Mercadona supermarket. I highly recommend it.

A cozy place surrounded by gardens and greenery. We stayed for one night with my family. We liked it all. Maybe some people will be disturbed by the proximity to the airport, the planes fly very low over the houses. But for our son it was on the contrary a super bonus 😊

Best thing was it was the last room available to be booked in Elche for the Nit de Foc. Room was clean but basic, we needed the aircon which was perfect. Plenty of safe parking nearby, and café for breakfast across the road. We had a good night's sleep. Don't really understand the 1 star reviews.

We booked the hotel to be close to airport as our flight was early in the morning. So we booked something affordable without many expectations. The more we were surprised when we arrived, nice little hotel with superb restaurant, room was bigger than expected, clean and bed was very comfortable, we asked for early pick up w taxi (5.15h) which worked out perfect (10min drive). We had some time after arrival so we explored the surrounding a bit, supermarket around the corner, more important very nice cafe at the little plaza, w very good bakery, for sure a perfect place to stay before you fly out.

It was a great stay for a week at Eva apartment, the apartment is big and very well equipped, the owner care about details so you will feel like at home. We liked everything. The hospitality of the owners Pepi and Rafael is extraordinary. Fantastic restaurants around the hotel - all are friends of the owners and their guests receive special attention. The room is very well equiped. What else can be added to the excellent reviews? I hardly imagine what could be the reason for less than 10 in the review - in my opinion they merit only 10+++!
