I really enjoyed that there was a kitchen and the apartment was fully furnished. The area is a in the more slums/poorer part of town but thankfully it's only a 20 min walk downhill to get to the more traditional, green and historic part of Elche. I can highly recommend Macadamia cafe, the old bridge near it and the beautiful palm tree gardens that run up top along side the river! Try not to miss the churros at Valor either!

Best thing was it was the last room available to be booked in Elche for the Nit de Foc. Room was clean but basic, we needed the aircon which was perfect. Plenty of safe parking nearby, and café for breakfast across the road. We had a good night's sleep. Don't really understand the 1 star reviews.

It was a great stay for a week at Eva apartment, the apartment is big and very well equipped, the owner care about details so you will feel like at home. Beach , shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. I can honestly say the place is just perfect and the owner they're lovely people. Thank you
