Fantastic accomodation! Super cosy beautiful little riad, adorable roof top terrace, very personal approach to guests by the owner Monica & staff, you feel very welcomed and geniunely taken care of. I got lots of fantastic tips from Monica for the rest of the island and even for Lanzarote. Thanks a lot for making my stay so special!

Location was brilliant, right in the centre of the small town. Plenty of nice walks and bike rides in the immediate area. Plenty of on street parking. The area felt very safe. Apartment was well decorated and equipped. Great (shared) sun terrace on the roof, with a small pool.

Loved the location of the property. Very accessible to the restaurants, shops and beaches. The property was divided into two units. One with the bedroom and bathroom and just opposite was the lounge , kitchen area. Between them was a very spacious terrace. It was very charming and private. Olga, our host was very communicative throughout our stay.

The apartment is very nice located, super clean and equipped with everything you need. Above all the hosts aber super super kind. We had a family issue and had to leave earlier than expected. We have booked at a non-refundable rate nevertheless they made a great exception for us which one really can not take for granted and helped us a lot. We are very thankful for their support. Highly recommended, the apartment but also them as a host.

We liked staying at this hotel a lot. The location was central without any noise. What was best about this hotel was the rooftop terrace with a quite large swimming pool and amazing views of the town, ocean, mountains and sunsets. Truly amazing!

    The apartment is nice and spacious with its two bedrooms. The terrace facing the sea is incredible. We spent every evening there. El Cotillo is the perfect village for everyone who doesn't want to live too remotely but also doesn't like to be in a touristic hotspot. There are many nice cafes and restaurants to choose from within a walking distance. The closest supermarket is just 5 minutes away. The apartment was nice and clean and the communication with Dave was perfect.

    The lovely Kat met us when we arrived and explained everything to us being very friendly and even making sure I was on the internet!! the apartment was very clean and comfortable with the outdoor living area being the same! Would not hesitate to go back there, a spacious clean apartment on the edge of the village with all the amenities that you could possibly want! A brilliant ten day break, thank you!!

    Excellent location close to beach supermarkets bus station and everything the village has to offer. The apartment is lovely and clean bright and spacious with a great view of the volcanic landscape and sea.. It was great.

    A very nice apartment on the edge of the village, opposite the largest supermarket in the village. It was only a short walk to the main area of restaurants and bars. There was plenty of street parking at the side of the apartment block. The apartment had every thing needed for self catering and a comfortable terrace for a drink as the sun set.

    We were allowed in to the apartment a little earlier than arranged time, which helped as we had arrived on an early flight. The villa was exceptionally clean Location, so close to beach and easy walk to centre of El Cotillo. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Facilities were very good.
