We booked this apartment for one night because we were attending a wedding nearby. There were five of us altogether, and the apartment was very well equipped and comfortable -- we almost wished we could spend more time in the apartment and take advantage of the nice terrace, rather than attending the wedding festivities! Anna was a lovely host. She was very friendly and sent us very clear instructions on how to access the building and get the key as well, as where to park.

The studio is stunning, is bigger than expected, with an amazing garden and a big window looking at it, kitchen very well equipped, super comfortable mattress (it’s not a sofa-bed but a fold-away bed), spacious bathroom and parking just outside the apartment with space to leave your bicycle too. The host Sébastien was amazing, very kind person and very informative about the surrounding area, plus there’s plenty of informations inside the studio about the small villages, and activities you can do around lake Annecy. Supermarket nearby and 5 min bike away from the lake. Absolutely recommended!

    Sévrier is a nice small village close to Annecy. From here you have access to a lot of opportunities. Hiking, swimming in the lake and a very good bet of bike roads and some cols. The apartment is central in Sévrier at the main road. It's very clean and modern with everything you need for the stay. The garage is big enough too keep a cannot car and your bike.

    New villa with great location near the lake. Quite area with fabulous surroundings and close to many activities. Anncy is a 10 minute drive away but the road sometimes is congested.
