beautiful place ! we stayed there for one night while travelling to Edinburgh and we really enjoyed it ! room was perfect, modern, clean and whole space was very detailed ! breakfast area was so nice and breakfast itself was so delicious, that you could stay there for whole day ! :) fresh juices, fruits, homade granola, jam and a’la carte menu if I’m ever back in neighborhood I would definitely stay here :)

It feels very secluded and private but is not far from town. Loved sitting in the conservatory in the late afternoon sun. We stayed as a couple and found the property very spacious. Everything we could have wanted was there.

Log burner was just perfect at Christmas. Cottage was cosy and welcoming. Kitchen well equipped. We appreciated the seasonal and tasteful decorations- it felt like Christmas. The underfloor heating in the upstairs bathroom was great. Comfortable beds. Games to play and books to read. Much thought has gone into the cottage.

    A wonderful farm stay in a modern and clean apartment. You feel completely isolated with amazing views but can access many nice villages/ towns a short distance away. We travelled with two you children and found many activities, shows and parks in the local area. Hot tub was a treat and Wallace a great host.
