Everything you need in the pod and very comfortable beds. The manager collected us from the ferry. The shared facilities were really clean and tidy. Hot showers. Lovely views across to Mull and of the Abbey. Close to the north beaches, hill and village.

Really friendly and lovely staff. Rooms two minutes from ferry, across the lane from the cafeteria & pub, and next door to the souvenir shop. Easy walk to all there is to see in the village on the special isle of Iona. Basic clean rooms.

Pros. Central location in village, very welcoming and friendly staff, quiet and comfortable, clean room with a hot power shower. Bonus sighting of the elusive Corncrake in the field outside our window.

(No breakfast provided.) The location is amazing, nestling under Dun I, the highest hill on Iona, and overlooking the Sound of Iona. Our pod (#2) looked straight across to Mull and Ardnamurchan on the mainland. It was only 5 minutes' walk to the Abbey and 10 minutes to the village and ferry.

I was amazed at how well appointed the pods were. Induction stove. Dual electric/microwave oven. Hot shower. Bluetooth stereo. Comfortable beds. A patio with grill. Situated overlooking the Iona Sound. A five minute walk from Iona Abbey. Ten minutes from the village.
