Perfect location if your are looking for peace and tranquility yet only a short drive to all amenities. Ideal for woodland walks leading to beautiful lochan views or you can venture further a field on the dedicated footpaths to Kincraig and surrounding area. If you don't manage to see the local wildlife on your travels, don't worry, the birdlife, red squirrels and pinmartens come to feed at the trees right outside the kitchen window. Golfers, cyclists and watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for. Very dog friendly.

Beautiful modern property set in an idyllic location , perfect layout and all facilities you could need for a weeks stay. Close to so many amazing locations to explore. So much wildlife around. There was a red squirrel that visited us every morning on the feeder a few metres from the entrance to the apartment. Abundant birdlife including a lot that were pretty rare, including crested tits.

One of the greatest places we have stayed on our 6 week trip. We wanted somewhere to stop and recharge and this place had everything we got ourselves some good food and drink and just sat back and relaxed. There is absolutely nothing u need apart from food and drink this apartment is pure class and incredible value for money

Owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The owners were really interesting and as a result we stayed up late chatting with them and also noticed how attentive they were to the other guests’ needs. Very comfortable bed and a nice communal space to relax in with free tea and coffee. Very close to the Cairngorms and local town has some good amenities.

Everything! The views are spectacular from the front of this property. Location is perfect for walks in the locality - we were exceptionally lucky with the weather (being warm & sunny) throughout our stay. We were self-catering which suited our needs. I have never slept in such a huge, incredibly comfortable Super-Kingsize bed - I want one of these! Our hosts were very friendly & provided great accommodation. We knew prior to our stay that it was sensible to hire a car from Inverness Airport for the duration of our trip - this enabled us to travel further out from Kingussie ......we even drove to Isle of Skye where we picnicked, on one of the days!

The location is beautiful as is the accommodation. All 3 bedrooms were immaculate, beds were comfortable and balconies on both upstairs rooms. The log burner was a lovely addition to warm up after a day out. Clear message regarding access to keys, postcodes and how to contact if any issues

    The house was delightful with our every need catered for. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to cook meals which isn't always the case in holiday homes. The welcome pack of snacks and a bottle of milk in the fridge was a bonus. We especially liked the conservatory looking out over the back garden. The location is great for walking in the Cairngorms or visiting attractions and an easy drive to Loch Ness and the Moray Coast. Highly recommended
