We loved our stay at the Jug and Bottle. All of the staff were incredibly nice and polite, from the younger waitresses through to the owners and housekeepers. The location was quiet and breakfast was amazing. We got back one night and the pub was in full swing which was a little noisy in the room but 11pm came and it was silent. Loved it.

Diane and Jonny were fantastic hosts and provided a very unique and enjoyable experience for our group. A welcome basket of crisps, biscuits, soft drinks, and even fresh milk was provided upon arrival, along with a hand-written card which was all a lovely touch and made for a great welcome. The flat is smack bang in the middle of the high street so a very convenient location but also very quiet so we weren't disturbed by any noise. The flat smelt lovely throughout, had all the amenities listed and was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was also lovely and warm, and the house was very spacious but cosy. We only booked to stay for a couple of nights which was definitely not enough time as the flat had so much to offer, but we could easily see ourselves spending a whole week there in the summer!

The property was located on a main road and easy to find. Good instruction for key and plenty of off road parking. Everything well explained. Property had everything we needed and the washing machine was a bonus. Very clean, tidy and well presented. Care was taken with the set up of the property. Lovely and warm with good hot water supply. Very good place to stay.

Great modern hotel with good laundry. The kitchenette was compact and well equipped, great for a longer stay. Only a short walk to everything we needed. Albert Dock, tourist buses, city centre, Cavern Quarter, supermarkets no more than 10 mins easy walking.

Brilliant staff. Great location. Great room (with king bed), but the breakfast! OMG that breakfast!!! I would go again, pay the nightly fee and sleep on the street outside if that breakfast were included. No seriously ... what a brilliant place to stay in Chester.
